NEW DELHI: The 53rd New Delhi World Book Fair (NDWBF) wrapped up its nine-day run at Bharat Mandapam, recording a massive 20% increase in attendance. Organizers credit the historic surge to the groundbreaking decision to offer free entry to the public for the first time.

The National Book Trust (NBT) reported that over 2 million book lovers visited the venue. The fair’s theme, focused on India’s military history and cultural heritage, resonated deeply with both domestic and international visitors.
